That's why we offer parents-only activities.
Most of our parents' activities come with a free crèche
Basic skills
We'll help with basic skills like reading and writing. We can also advise on filling out forms - eg for benefits or a job application.
Training for you
We've run lots of courses, like Computers for Beginners, First Aid, English, Cookery and Keep Fit sessions. Look out for our courses or talk to a member of our team if you're interested in learning new skills.
Getting together
We organise community lunches and get-togethers, as well as special one-off events like a Dad's Breakfast on Father's Day. Parents and parents-to-be organise social events, which we advertise in our centres. We also have a gardening club, which is fun and relaxing.
