We've all been there - temper tantrums, sleep problems, difficulties with breast-feeding or weaning, fighting with brothers or sisters. These are just the kind of problems that can wear you down. If your child's behaviour is causing you stress, we're here to help. We'll listen if you just want to talk, but we can also create practical solutions to help you cope. So, if you feel stressed or depressed, start talking. You'll find you're not alone and together we can work it out.
Money matters
Money can be a real issue when you have children. As well as helping with your budgeting, we've got specialist advisors who can give you more detailed advice. Maybe you want to find out what benefits you're entitled to or you're worried about debt? We run several money sessions, where you can come to talk about your finances in confidence. We also have close links with Bedford Credit Union, which can help you save and borrow.
