It doesn’t matter if you’re a parent, carer or relative, we’re here for you.
Care in pregnancy
We can offer ante- and post- natal checks from the midwives at our centres. We can give you advice about your birth options. We'll also give you our free Sure Start welcome pack, which has lots of useful info in it. And of course, we'll listen to any of your concerns or worries and give you all the support you deserve and need.
Baby blues
Everyone finds it difficult to adjust to having children. We're here to help you through the not quite so great bits, whether you have the baby blues or a more serious depression. We can help with working out day and night routines. We also offer baby massage sessions, which are fun and relaxing for you and your baby and a great place to meet other Mums and Dads.
